Renovated in 2013 by Nuñez y Navarro.

Built in 1870, the historic building underwent a complete refurbishment aimed at improving its architecture and facilities, with particular attention paid to acoustic and thermal insulation throughout the hotel.

Mabelux Technic was involved in bending aluminium profiles from the Unicity series by Technal—high-quality enclosures especially recommended for buildings of this kind. PVC Fenster was responsible for finishing the aluminium windows and their subsequent installation.

The creation of semi-circular arched windows has allowed the building’s original aesthetic to be preserved while also offering superior energy efficiency.

There is no doubt that the result brings significant added value to the renovated Hotel Granvia!
